It's been a while and I didn't realize it...

I missed posting recipes for the Superbowl, but then again I did not make too much on that day. We tried to take it easy with just burgers, cheese dip, and a few wings. I made Velveeta-Rotel Cheese dip which my father so lovingly calls "Dippy Dippy Doo". I have changed the traditional way my mom made this dip so I thought I would share that.


1 pound Velveeta
1 can Rotel- decide on your own degree of heat
mix and melt in microwave. Stir

What I do differently is this: I cook about a 1/2 cup green peppers and 1/2 cup onions with about 1/2 pound of ground chuck. Iusually season that with taco seasoning or cajun seasoning. I add that to the cheese mixture and stir well... You can add more jalepenos or salsa if you'd like...

Just a spicer more filling dip!!
